Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ZATTO, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use ZATTO.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information. You must promptly contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer, sell, lend, or share your account in a way that harms ZATTO, other users, or third parties.

Use of ZATTO

ZATTO is provided for personal saving, recall, and organization of information. You are responsible for the content you save, import, upload, share, or request ZATTO to process, and for complying with applicable laws, third-party terms, and third-party rights.

User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content you add to ZATTO. By adding content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, back up, analyze, and otherwise use that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support ZATTO and related features such as search, link previews, tags, spaces, sync, backup, and account deletion.

You represent that you have the rights or permissions needed to save and use your content in ZATTO. ZATTO does not grant you rights to third-party websites, images, articles, videos, trademarks, or other materials that you save or preview through the service.

Link Previews, AI Features, and Third-Party Content

ZATTO may fetch metadata, images, icons, titles, summaries, or other preview information from URLs you save. ZATTO may also use automated or AI-assisted features to suggest tags, spaces, summaries, or related metadata. These features may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by third-party websites and services. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before relying on them.

Third-party websites, content, and services remain controlled by their respective providers. ZATTO is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, legality, security, or policies.

Free Limits and Paid Features

ZATTO may provide free, beta, trial, and paid features. Free accounts may have limits such as the number of normally viewable saves, spaces, storage, AI usage, or other features. Items beyond a free limit may be hidden, blurred, locked, or unavailable unless you upgrade, but we do not intend to delete saved items merely because a future free limit is introduced.

Paid features, prices, billing periods, renewals, refunds, cancellation methods, and store-specific terms will be shown before purchase where required. Purchases may be handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider, and their terms may apply.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ZATTO, or assist anyone else in using ZATTO, for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• creating, storing, organizing, or managing materials for scams, phishing, fraud, extortion, identity theft, social engineering, or other unlawful schemes;
• creating or managing target lists, victim lists, harassment lists, stalking materials, doxxing materials, or personal data collected or used without a lawful basis;
• saving, uploading, or distributing content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade secret, contractual, or other third-party rights;
• saving or distributing content involving child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, threats, terrorism, violent extremism, hate, self-harm facilitation, or other serious harm;
• using ZATTO for malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, spam, scraping, automated abuse, rate-limit evasion, or service disruption;
• misrepresenting your identity, impersonating another person or organization, or using ZATTO to deceive others;
• attempting to bypass storage limits, billing, access controls, security controls, account restrictions, or technical protections;
• reverse engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting ZATTO except as permitted by law or by our written permission;
• using ZATTO in violation of third-party platform rules, app store rules, website terms, or applicable laws.

Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

If we reasonably determine that your use of ZATTO violates these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the safety, security, or integrity of the service, we may investigate, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate your account, block access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to authorities or affected third parties where appropriate. In urgent, severe, repeated, or legally sensitive cases, we may act without prior notice.

You may contact us if you believe an enforcement action was taken in error. We may refuse appeals or new account creation when needed to prevent abuse, protect users or third parties, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Deletion, Export, and Backups

You may delete saves and request account deletion where supported. Account and data deletion instructions are available at Account and Data Deletion. Deleted content may not be recoverable. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or service operations.

ZATTO may provide export or backup features, but you remain responsible for keeping separate backups of important content.

Service Changes and Availability

ZATTO is an evolving service. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or replace features, plans, integrations, storage behavior, AI features, or preview behavior. We work to provide stable access, but ZATTO may experience interruptions, defects, delays, data loss, sync conflicts, security incidents, or compatibility issues.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZATTO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, compatible with all devices, or preserve all saved content. Except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on ZATTO.

If saved content is lost, corrupted, unavailable, or deleted and our liability is established under applicable law, our liability for ordinary negligence is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred, up to the greater of the amount you paid to ZATTO during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or JPY 10,000. This limitation does not apply where the damage is caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability that may not be limited under consumer protection laws.

Your Responsibility for Claims

If your content or your violation of these terms causes a claim, demand, investigation, loss, or cost involving ZATTO, another user, or a third party, you are responsible for the consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as ZATTO evolves or as legal, operational, or security needs change. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by a reasonable method such as posting the updated terms, updating the app, or contacting users where appropriate. Continued use of ZATTO after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to these terms or ZATTO.

本規約への同意

ZATTOを利用することで、ユーザーは本規約および当社のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合、ZATTOを利用しないでください。

アカウントとセキュリティ

ユーザーは、アカウント情報、認証情報、利用端末の管理責任を負い、アカウント上で行われる行為について責任を負います。不正アクセスのおそれがある場合は、速やかに当社へ連絡してください。ZATTO、他のユーザー、または第三者に損害や支障を生じさせる形で、アカウントを譲渡、売買、貸与、共有することはできません。

ZATTOの利用

ZATTOは、情報を個人で保存し、あとから見返し、整理するためのサービスです。ユーザーは、自身が保存、インポート、アップロード、共有、またはZATTOに処理させる内容について責任を負い、適用される法令、第三者サービスの規約、第三者の権利を遵守する必要があります。

ユーザーコンテンツと権利

ユーザーがZATTOに追加したコンテンツの権利は、ユーザーまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは当社に対し、ZATTOの運営、保護、改善、サポート、および検索、リンクプレビュー、タグ、スペース、同期、バックアップ、アカウント削除等の機能提供に必要な範囲で、当該コンテンツを保存、複製、処理、表示、送信、バックアップ、解析その他利用するための、非独占的、全世界的なライセンスを付与します。

ユーザーは、ZATTOに保存または処理させるコンテンツについて、必要な権利または許諾を有していることを表明します。ZATTOは、ユーザーが保存またはプレビューする第三者のウェブサイト、画像、記事、動画、商標、その他の素材について、ユーザーに権利を付与するものではありません。

リンクプレビュー、AI機能、第三者コンテンツ

ZATTOは、ユーザーが保存したURLから、メタデータ、画像、アイコン、タイトル、要約、その他のプレビュー情報を取得する場合があります。また、タグ、スペース、要約、関連メタデータ等を提案するために、自動処理またはAI支援機能を利用する場合があります。これらの機能は、不正確、不完全、利用不能、または第三者サイト・外部サービスの影響を受ける場合があります。ユーザーは、提案内容を確認したうえで利用してください。

第三者のウェブサイト、コンテンツ、サービスは、それぞれの提供者が管理するものです。当社は、それらの可用性、正確性、適法性、安全性、ポリシーについて責任を負いません。

無料枠と有料機能

ZATTOは、無料機能、ベータ機能、トライアル、有料機能を提供する場合があります。無料アカウントには、通常表示できる保存数、スペース数、ストレージ、AI利用量、その他の機能に上限が設けられる場合があります。無料枠を超えた保存内容は、アップグレードしない限り非表示、ぼかし表示、ロック、または利用不可となる場合がありますが、将来の無料枠導入のみを理由として保存内容を削除することは意図していません。

有料機能の価格、請求期間、更新、返金、キャンセル方法、ストア固有の条件は、必要に応じて購入前に表示されます。購入処理はApple、Google、RevenueCatその他の決済事業者によって行われる場合があり、それぞれの条件が適用されることがあります。

禁止事項

ユーザーは、ZATTOを違法、有害、虚偽、不正、迷惑、権利侵害、またはその他不適切な目的で利用してはなりません。禁止される行為には、以下を含みます。

• 詐欺、フィッシング、恐喝、なりすまし、ソーシャルエンジニアリング、その他違法な計画のための資料を作成、保存、整理、管理する行為
• 標的リスト、被害者リスト、嫌がらせリスト、ストーキング資料、晒し行為に用いる資料、または適法な根拠なく取得・利用される個人データを作成、保存、管理する行為
• 著作権、商標権、プライバシー権、肖像権、営業秘密、契約上の権利、その他第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを保存、アップロード、配布する行為
• 児童性的虐待、性的搾取、同意のない性的画像、脅迫、テロ、暴力的過激主義、ヘイト、自傷行為の助長、その他重大な危害に関するコンテンツを保存または配布する行為
• マルウェア、認証情報の窃取、不正アクセス、脆弱性悪用、スパム、スクレイピング、自動化された不正利用、レート制限の回避、サービス妨害に利用する行為
• 身元を偽る行為、他人または組織になりすます行為、他者を欺く目的でZATTOを利用する行為
• ストレージ上限、課金、アクセス制御、セキュリティ制御、アカウント制限、技術的保護措置を回避する行為
• 法令または当社の書面による許可で認められる場合を除き、ZATTOをリバースエンジニアリング、複製、再販売、再許諾、商業利用する行為
• 第三者プラットフォーム、アプリストア、ウェブサイトの規約、または適用法令に違反してZATTOを利用する行為

違反対応、利用停止、アカウント停止

当社は、ユーザーの利用が本規約、法令、第三者の権利、またはサービスの安全性、セキュリティ、健全性に反すると合理的に判断した場合、調査、コンテンツの削除または制限、機能制限、アカウントの停止または終了、アクセス遮断、関連記録の保持、当局または関係者への報告を行うことがあります。緊急性、重大性、反復性、法的リスクが高い場合、事前通知なくこれらの措置を行うことがあります。

措置が誤っていると思われる場合、ユーザーは当社へ連絡できます。当社は、不正利用の防止、ユーザーまたは第三者の保護、法令遵守、本規約の執行のために必要な場合、異議申立てまたは新規アカウント作成を拒否することがあります。

削除、エクスポート、バックアップ

ユーザーは、サポートされる範囲で保存内容を削除し、アカウント削除をリクエストできます。アカウントとデータの削除方法はアカウントとデータの削除で案内しています。削除されたコンテンツは復元できない場合があります。セキュリティ、不正利用防止、法令遵守、紛争対応、バックアップ、サービス運用のために必要な記録は保持される場合があります。

ZATTOはエクスポートまたはバックアップ機能を提供する場合がありますが、重要な内容についてはユーザー自身で別途バックアップを保持してください。

サービス変更と可用性

ZATTOは継続的に改善されるサービスです。当社は、機能、プラン、連携、保存仕様、AI機能、プレビュー仕様を追加、変更、制限、一時停止、終了、または置換することがあります。当社は安定したアクセスを提供するよう努めますが、中断、不具合、遅延、データ消失、同期競合、セキュリティ事故、互換性の問題が発生する場合があります。

免責および責任の制限

法令で認められる範囲において、ZATTOは「現状有姿」および「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、中断しないこと、エラーがないこと、安全であること、正確であること、すべての端末と互換性があること、または保存内容が常に保持されることを保証しません。当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、ZATTOの利用、利用不能、またはZATTOへの依存に起因して生じた間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益、懲罰的損害、その他派生的な損害について責任を負いません。

保存内容の消失、破損、閲覧不能、削除等について、適用法令上当社の責任が認められる場合であっても、当社の軽過失による責任は、現実に発生した通常かつ直接の損害に限られ、その上限は、当該損害の原因となった事象の発生前3か月間にユーザーがZATTOに支払った利用料の総額、または1万円のいずれか高い金額とします。本上限は、当社の故意または重過失により損害が発生した場合には適用されません。

本規約のいかなる定めも、消費者保護法その他適用法令により排除または制限できない責任を排除または制限するものではありません。

請求等に関するユーザーの責任

ユーザーのコンテンツまたは本規約違反により、ZATTO、他のユーザー、または第三者に対する請求、要求、調査、損害、費用が発生した場合、ユーザーは、適用法令で認められる範囲でその結果について責任を負います。

規約の変更

当社は、ZATTOの変更、法令、運用、セキュリティ上の必要に応じて、本規約を更新することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合、更新後の規約の掲載、アプリ内表示、ユーザーへの連絡など合理的な方法で通知します。変更後もZATTOを利用する場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、本規約またはZATTOに関連して生じる紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
